Main objectives: • Increase the current specialist dealer portfolio to grow in the food and pharmaceutical segment markets and cover properly the demand in such territories, taking care of sales expansion and business profitability. Main functions: 1. Business Development in the assigned European countries: • Identify new specialist dealers, distributors and machine manufacturers in the assigned EU countries. • Sales management and support to existing specialist dealers and major accounts. • Expand product portfolio in different business areas: pumps, valves, mixing applications. • Develop new project solutions for major accounts production plants. 2. Sales management: • Apply necessary sales actions to fulfill the annual sales targets • International Area to cover Central Easter European countries. • Activity: visit customers periodically with a structured agenda (around 50% of time):  Router preparation for visits: objectives, contacts, explore business opportunities.  Send visits reports: follow-up on commitments achieved in the meetings.  Implementation of sales action plan for any dealer visited to make sales growth. • Coordinate sales actions with the Central team in Spain to develop sales activities. • Do offers and customer presentations for the equipment and solutions inquiries. 3. Relationship with the International Export department: • Supply precise internal information of the targeted market sustained in a sales action plan about new customer recruitment and digital marketing action plan to promote the sales accordingly. Also, share new ideas and proper market feedback to keep updated all the team members about any market movements in each territory and apply the countermeasures in a scheduled plan. Fully remote position (the candidate could be based in the Czech Republic, Slovakia or Hungary), requiring extensive travelling availability.
