We are looking for a person to join as Senior HRBP for the Spain region, where there are 150+ highly skilled professionals. The ideal candidate has solid generalist experience in the HR field within the Tech or Digital spaces, especially Recruitment and Employee Relations. This person will fit well with the team if she’s a driven, hands-on, enthusiastic person with a growth-mindset attitude. This role is Barcelona based. You will be able to work home-based if you choose to. What will be your responsibilities: Support teams and managers in their day to day to ensure that people policies are being observed at all times. Act as a first point of contact for managers with regards to people management. Offer them coaching and support. Make sure that payroll, contracts and other employee relations run smoothly. Ensure that we are up to date in all compliance topics. Maintain a close collaboration with other People areas (Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, L&D, Communication) to be able to have an integrated perspective of all the touch points with managers and teams. Responsible for the implementation and follow-up of new People programs and initiatives. Taking a leadership approach that inspires and guides others. What you need to bring to the table: Strong experience of at least 5 years experience leading the People function in tech companies, always with a hands-on approach to all the areas of the discipline. Spanish native or near-native, and very good level of English, both written and spoken. Other languages will be a plus. Experience sourcing and recruiting complex technical profiles (software engineering, digital marketing or related business). Provable ability to define and implement new programs or processes to improve the impact of the People function. Solid business acumen to be able to effectively partner with and influence stakeholders across the organization. You are familiar with the principles of the Agile mindset and used to work in impact-focused, objective-driven environments. A powerful culture match with our team.
