FUNCTIONS
Ensure availability of components in order to meet the production plan according to the inventory policies of the company. Responsibilities: • Analyze the needs of finished products taking into account production planning. • Key planning information update (delivery dates, lot sizes, incidents, etc.). • Prepare orders to subcontractors, send materials necessary to manufacture/package in the necessary cases and carry out the follow-up collection to ensure the availability of the Finished Product. • Medium/long-term rough capacity planning. • Stock management. • Send Rolling/Forecast according to agreements with suppliers to anticipate future supply needs. • Detect and participate in the development of improvements. Requirements: • Education: Degree in BA, Economics or Engineering. • Experience: At least 3 years having similar responsibilities in supply area. • Experience in production environment is a plus. • IT tools : SAP, EXCEL, Google Drive …. • SAP is a must. • Languages: Intermediated level of English and Advanced Spanish. • Soft Skills: Analytical, organized, modest, team player, hard worker and flexible.Apply now
