Responsabilities: • Understand the market and what drives each brand: understand the consumer and customer needs on each brand. Analyze market trends, assess the landscape, and understand the competitive environment. Become the expert on the brands, and use this to guide brand strategy and plan choices. • Own and develop the brand building across all touch points of the brand: define the target consumer and brand equity, guide the product development, and develop the packaging, advertising and communication, promotions, media plans, sizing and pricing plans, instore communication, PR and digital and social media, working with external agencies where appropriate. • Develop annual marketing plans: lead the development to effective and efficient marketing plans to deliver the growth goals and financial targets for each brand and market, working across functions, and especially with sales. Manage the annual marketing budgets and ensure plans are delivered within them. • Develop new consumer based innovation for the brands: identify emerging consumer needs and trends in the category, and develop a focused innovation plan for the brand. Manage the development process for each initiative, from idea through to launch. • Marketing Plans Execution: execute defined Marketing Plan to deliver the growth goals and financial targets for each brand, working across functions, and especially with sales and trade. Manage the annual marketing budgets and ensure plans are delivered within them. • Execute the plans with excellence: Ensure consistent best in class execution of the marketing elements. Requirements: • Degree - ideally with a marketing background + business School with at least 4/6 years of FMCG product management experience operating in Iberia markets (Spain + Portugal). • Fluent in English. • Experience within any impulse food product (snacks, chocolates, etc.). We are looking for a professional with excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, both internally and externally, with all management levels. Someone with negotiation and influence skills and creative problem-solver and strategic thinker who should bring passion, enthusiasm, pro-active attitude and fresh ideas. This profile must be friendly and team spirited with the capacity to motivate and excite people.
