FUNCTIONS

As part of the company's growth, the National KAM will assume the following responsibilities: • Introducing the products within the key clients for the Modern Trade / GDO channel, identifying business opportunities and leading the negotiations with the adequate contacts in each client. • Contribute to opening new clients to guarantee that the sales goals are reached. • Manage fully the key accounts both on a national and regional basis. • Negotiate annual targets and commercial conditions for each Client, applying the sales strategy defined by the Company. • Design and lead the commercial plan for each Client focusing on sales targets, distributions, promotions and pricing among others. • Work jointly with other key areas of the company: Marketing, Trade Marketing, Logistics, etc. Our ideal candidate will have the following skills: • University Degree. • 5-7 years experience in similar position in FMCG company, ideally Food, being desirable to have lead or participated in the launch of new products in the market in the GDO channel. • Ability to negotiate and sales oriented. • Analytical and capacity to manage and gather relevant market information. • Planning and organization skills, to lead projects and teamworks in other functional areas. • English and/or French are a must. • Availability to travel.
