FUNCTIONS

Mission of the Role: Your primary mission will be to ensure the financial viability and success of the company's renewable energy projects, particularly in the solar photovoltaic, BESS, and hybridization sectors. You will play a critical role in the acquisition and financing of Renewable energy Key Responsibilities: - Debt Management: Oversee and manage all activities related to the company's financing, including senior and junior debt, intercompany loans, and other forms of financing. Also, elaborate and update the debt schedule in coordination with the Intercreditor Agent for the Debt Service. - Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analyses of cash flows and budgets to ensure financial soundness and compliance with the company's objectives. - Financial Structuring: Participate in structuring financing, evaluating different options, and advising on the best strategies to optimize the company's capital structure. - Covenant Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with financial covenants associated with debt, identifying and addressing any deviations or potential risks. - Resource Allocation: Collaborate with the Project Finance team and other departments to make strategic decisions on resource allocation, ensuring efficient and effective distribution of funds. - Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for investors and other stakeholders, providing key insights into financial performance and compliance with debt terms. - Risk Management: Identify and evaluate financial risks associated with the company's financing structure, developing strategies to mitigate these risks and ensure long-term financial stability. - Interdepartmental Coordination: Work closely with the Finance team, administrative team, and other departments to ensure coherence and alignment in all financial activities of the company. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Also, a master's degree or professional certification will be valued. - Minimum of 5 years of previous experience in financial control roles with a focus on debt management, preferably in the renewable energy or infrastructure sector. - Languages: Proficient in Spanish (C2) and advanced in English (C1/C2) - Knowledge of debt financing principles. - Experience in managing complex budgets and cash flow analysis. - Familiarity with financial covenants and ability to ensure compliance. - Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex financial data. - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. - Familiarity with Southern European financial markets and regulations.
