Your Mission: The Pre-Sales Engineer is core to the consultative relationship with clients and accompanies the Sales Specialist teams throughout the sales process. You are responsible for providing technical insights to our customers and enhancing the relationship with them. The TECH Pre-Sales Engineering area is key to communicating our TECH Clouds value proposition to our clients. Your Responsibilities: - Working closely with sales team on proposals and launches for the CyberSecurity Center business, especially in the Cloud Networking / SDWAN and SASE vertical. - Attend meetings with those responsible for business development and act as a technical expert. - Manage customer expectations, detecting needs that arise and feed the development cycle of new products. - Work closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions that meet current and future needs. To be able to anticipate software needs of customer’s networks (SDWAN), as well as the generation of SASE architectures. - Create and carry out client proposal presentations and prepare RFP responses autonomously. - Elaborate business cases that guarantee the economic viability of the proposals presented by sales team. - Present Technical Economic Offers to customers together with sales team. - Give feedback to the Cyber ​​Product teams to ensure that the TECH Product roadmap is aligned with the market (customers, competitors, suppliers, competitiveness). - Dialogue with Commercial Area (Specialist Sales, go-to-market) to promote and facilitate the exchange of knowledge and experiences between the teams. The main challenges of the position will be: - Control the portfolio of existing cybersecurity solutions in the company group as well as other solutions in the market. - Smoothly manage the relationship with leading technology partners in the Cloud Networking SDWAN discipline to be able to respond to customer RFPs that require the design and execution of Special Projects within TECH Cyber. - Manage and develop a client portfolio in accordance with the commercial area of ​​the OBs or other channels, identifying client needs. - Manage and align the commercial efforts of the different customer-focused areas (Commercial, VE, Business Development, Product, etc.). - Work under an agile methodology very focused on achieving objectives. - Ability to specify challenges and opportunities in Cybersecurity products. Your Profile: - Technical profile and at least 2 years in a similar position. - Experience in similar positions and proven track record in developing business opportunities in the Cybersecurity area. - Information security management experience. - Experience in trading and managing global solutions for companies with global coverage. - Experience working in a professional corporate environment, B2B and B2B2C sector with a good knowledge of the Cybersecurity market. - Technical background in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Industrial or similar. - Desired: Certifications from relevant manufacturers in the industry: Fortinet, Palo Alto, Aruba/SilverPeak, Cisco Viptela/Meraki, NextWAN/Versa, NetSkope, Prisma Access, Zscaler etc. - Strong knowledge of the cybersecurity industry, value chain, market, players and ecosystems. - Mandatory high level of German and English. Spanish as a plus.
