Your Opportunity with our Client: We are looking for an ambitious and talented profile to join our Global HR Team as a Talent & Engagement Manager in our Headquarters (Madrid). What are we looking for? You will help us to share our Talent & Engagement ambition and strategy beyond our Spanish Headquarters; you will be able to experiment, increase your competences, drive projects and enjoy full autonomy. In this role you will be able to combine your planning, analytical, organizational, digital and HR skills! Key delivery for this role will include: - Ensure flawless execution of Global Talent COE initiatives in the region / global function, implementing Talent & Engagement Projects and ensuring key deliverables are identified, communicated and key stakeholders managed (i.e., engagement calendar, Learning & development programs, Talent cycle process optimization projects). - Analyze talent data to determine strategic talent development needs baseline, and build/support programs. - Define the key strategies for Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Plan, develop and manage engagement approach end to end; from current state, through creation to implementation. - Work with HR Country Teams and Leadership team to ensure the delivery of key project milestones on time and within resource and policy. - Monthly monitoring and reporting on recruitment activity and L&D plan. - Integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices with Talent & Engagement strategy. You will need: Bachelor's or master's degree in humanities, economics, law or marketing, or Master's degree in human resources Understanding and experience in Talent cycle process with a proven background in managing HR projects Data savvy and expert in Microsoft Excel & Power-Point and, ideally PowerBI Experience of data management and dealing with complex concepts to presenting them back to key stakeholders (HR & Business) Experience working with diverse (cross-cultural) teams in a matrix environment Good communication skills to all organizational levels Able to operate with senior managers within the Company Fluency in English, Spanish and/or Italian will be desirable Availability to travel (up to 25%) and international mobility Study or working experience abroad a plus
