Reporting A leading European manufacturer of industrial equipment seeks a Financial Holding Director for their plants and installations in India. Reporting both to the Corporate Chief Financial & Legal Officer and to International Corporate & Compliance Director you will hold overall responsibility for the Group´s accounting, planning and all financial matters. Additionally, you will be responsible for all general services (Maintenance, Purchasing, etc.) of the companies in the subsidiary holding´s plants and installations in India. Functions Your responsibilities will include: The management of all the financial activity of the plants and installations ensuring the correct preparation of the income statements and balance sheet. Ensuring compliance with legal, accounting, fiscal and social obligations in accordance with Company´s corporate policies defined by Corporate Finance and Administration in Headquarters. Lead the administrative, fiscal, financial and treasury areas, as well as accounting reporting. As well as managing the relationship with the subsidiary's external auditors. Lead the areas of HR payroll, legal services, secretary general as well as well as the formalization of relationships with the rest of companies of the Group (transfer prices, trading, know-how agreements, etc. Ensure compliance of the internal policies and procedures of the Group on both a local , state and national level. Lead the management and development of the team, developing a work environment that positively motivates people which fostering teamwork and commitment. At the same time promotes and respects the Group´s existing customs, culture, values, and working climate. Control of the Holding´s budget, establishing and monitoring the tools to control the activity and optimizing IT systems. Provide support and guidance in close collaboration with the Managers and Heads of the Business Units that operate from the subsidiary, as well as with the Directors of the Functional Areas facilitating optimum performance for the Holding. Requisites Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics or similar. Minimum experience of 5 years in the financial management of an industrial company. English, proficiency level. Any European languages would be a plus such as Spanish. Previous working experience in a similar role in India is essential. Additionally international experience or experience in reporting to overseas HQ would be a plus. Solid experience in team management, preferably financial and / or administrative teams, organization of departments and processes, and control of project management. A person with leadership is required, accustomed to teamwork, extroverted, with the ability to communicate, analyze and organize. We seek a person with initiative, critical spirit and desire to learn. You will demonstrate a high commitment to your work and be flexible as to working hours.
