Develop the aerospace business division and ensure profitability of the company in Shanghai.
Business development within the aerospace industry, develop clients and strategical relationship with the clients.
Develop and execute the company’s business strategies for China in order to attain the goals in terms of sales.
Prepare an annual business development plan .
Provide strategic advice and guidance to the Director of Operations to keep him aware of developments within the industry.
Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company growth.
Create initiatives to take advantage of market opportunities, reduce operational threats and business risks and maximize strengths.
Represent the company in negotiations with customers and other key contacts to secure for it the most effective contract terms.
Graduate in Industrial/Mechanical engineering, or similar academic degree.
Experience in aerospace/automatization sector with at least 3 years in a position as Technical Sales Manager.
Ideally the candidate should have experience working within the aerospace and body welding, assembly lines and tooling..
6-8 year’s experience in business development within aerospace experience and previous technical background.
Fluent in English.
Strong client orientation.
Hands on approach.
Availability to travel.
