FUNCTIONS

- Provide support to consultants in order to carry out the recruitment process - Research foreign markets and find key indicators to be able to assess the best channels to target potential candidates - Establish relationships with leading business schools - Create strategy search maps for potential clients and current processes - Identify international job opportunities - Produce reference sheets for prospective clients - Create / Update databases of recruitment sources and clients - Research in order to identify potential clients

REQUIREMENTS

Student in any field (Bachelor, Master) (Internship contract with a University / BS required) - Fluent in Spanish/English/French. Any other European language would be a plus. - Good communication skills. Ex. Ability to initiate and follow up relationships established with suppliers and business schools - Motivation to learn - IT Skills – high level of Microsoft Office knowledge: Word, Excel, Power Point and internet navigation
