FONCTIONS

Reporting directly to the Strategic Planning & Business Controlling Director in Europe, this position will hold the following responsibilities: Purpose: Support controlling in Europe activity at the corporate level and coordination at the BU level. Manage the analysis and reporting of financial statements and analytical information in Europe. Main Responsibilities: · Budget control and financial reporting of Headquarters. · Consolidate the economic performance of the different businesses by preparing periodic or ad-hoc financial reporting for the Top Management for decision-making processes. · Analyze possible deviations versus the Budget and provide explanations to the stakeholders. · Support and answer Company ad-hoc queries. · Analyze and develop benchmarks between the different Business Units and production sites. · Monitor financial KPIs. · Improve continuously the reporting and controlling processes. Requirements: · Degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar. · 3-4 years of professional experience as a Financial Controller or similar. · Fluent English is a must. You will be reporting in English and close contact with colleagues around Europe. · Experience in the industrial/production sector will be desirable. · Advanced knowledge of Excel. · SAP. Skills profile: · Excellent interpersonal skills · High working capacity and stress resistance. · Strong sense of responsibility and quality of work.
