To succeed in this role the candidate will possess commercial skills with deep understanding of technical, financial and legal frameworks of the Electronics Market. Strong interpersonal and internal coordination skills would also be required as the role interacts with several internal functions including logistics, application engineering, procurement and sales operations. Familiarity with financial analysis tools to assess project investment returns. Strong negotiation skills, excellent written and oral communications skills and a reputation as a team player. Proven ability to develop and deliver high quality presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences Ability to promote premium products and sale on value. Primary Responsibilities: Initiate and manage strategic cooperation with Key Accounts across mainly Germany (and North Europe) to increase share of our products. Recommend strategies aimed at increasing our share within the electronic segment. Lead negotiation of components supply primarily with Key Accounts based in Europe. Coordinate activities with operations and procurement team to ensure consistency and competitiveness in pricing, proposal preparation and contract definition across markets . Maintain knowledge of market trends, regulations and tariffs relative to Electronic Supply industry Related Experience Ability to oversee, manage and grow opportunities in a large cross-border territory. Demonstrated ‘hunter’ mentality with proven track record of independently achieving tangible results in a highly dynamic, growing and competitive market Broad based contract negotiation experience on supply contracts with clients operating across different countries Qualifications: Must have at least 3+ years in sales. Proven track record of sales processes, procedures & metrics for companies in the Electronics Industry. Experience working in a venture-backed company is a plus.
