FONCTIONS

For our growing Mexico Business Unit, we are looking for an Executive Manager with previous experience in the Executive Search industry focused on developing business and clients, eager to work in a diverse and multinational environment. Your functions: - Generating profitable sales and reaching yearly individual billing objectives, by developing a targeted strategy both nationally and internationally, acquiring new accounts and managing a portfolio of accounts, and generating loyalty. - Supervising the selection process execution handled by our Recruitment Consultants and working hand in hand with them, understanding the client needs. - Advise on best strategies to find top talent, and decide on the delivery for clients according to Catenon's methodology and quality standards. - Attach to workflow and develop each step related to the sales management modalities (CRM completion, reliable information for KPI management) - Provide individual reporting and regular status updates to the Catenon Corporate team - Train new team members on Catenon's methodology, sales & sourcing strategies. Identify training needs and evaluate the team's performance, providing the necessary support and attention for their professional development. - Assume high responsibility for your own client portfolio, consisting of diverse accounts from your preferred sector, being at the front line with key stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields. - A fluent level of Spanish and English, as we have a global focus. - Experience developing and negotiating contracts with clients, with a high level of customer service. - A clear vision for the future, being able to generate your own action plan on market development. - An optimistic and proactive mindset, always looking for alternative solutions and proposing new actions to develop your market and your clients. - Strong verbal communication skills, including interviewing, selling, influencing, negotiating and collaborating. - Be very self-directed and able to plan your own time, being used to working to targets and deadlines.
