FONCTIONS

Our client is a leading multinational in the industrial field and seeks a Human Resources Director to ensure the companies HR goals and polices are met in the Middle Eastern region. Functions Liaises with international HQ to understand the company's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention and implements these policies, processes, training and initiatives adapted to the local market. Overseas all HR related matters such as compensation, benefits, employment disputes and talent management, health, and safety; and training and development. Establishes the development of organisational learning and development agenda. Coaches the senior leadership team driving high standards of leadership, talent development and employee engagement. Ensures the organization's compliance with all employment laws and regulations. Develops people led initiatives areas including talent acquisition, performance management, culture, employee development and communication. Keeps up to date on trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. Creating and managing the HR department’s annual budget. Promotes a performance culture and continuously review productivity and employee development making recommendations for improvements. Requisites Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Masters degree preferred. At least 10-15 years of human resource management experience required preferably in an industrial environment with a multicultural team. Proficient spoken and written English, and Arabic, any other languages would be a plus. Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. An active, effective, and accountable member of the organisation, exhibiting strong leadership and leading by example. Personal efficiency, time management skills and the ability to prioritize competing demands. Ability to manage diverse personalities and cultures, emotional intelligence, the ability to build relationships and collaborate with others is vital. Coaching and mentoring the team at all levels. A positive, dynamic, and approachable person.
