• Management and development of market position and profitability of Subsidiary Poland in line with values, strategy, group policies and standards • Achievement of financial targets and specific objectives • Definition and implementation of strategy growth plan • Collaboration with other companies to incorporate best practices and to meet corporate and functional objectives • Leadership, engagement and development of the team to build a high performance team and to achieve the business outcomes Qualifications • BS/MS Degree in a technical discipline, preferably mechanical /electrical engineering • At least 8 to 10 years of successful related industrial sales and business development experience • Shows successful implementation of go*to*market strategies • Cultural awareness (dealing with people worldwide) • Strong in relationship management with all stakeholders (internal and external) and especially with local distribution partner • Professional maturity and diplomacy with internal and external customers • Experience in leading teams advantageous • Native Polish, Fluent English and nice to have Fluent German • Ability to work in a multi tasking and multi functional environment • Time and territory management skills • Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion.
