Currently the company are seeking to reinforce the team with an engineer with experience in electrical and electronic engineering who supports the mission of providing a maximum quality service to customers and solving technical incidents (remote and on site) related to the operation of the inverters (string mainly, but also central) in projects of up to 5MW of industrial self-consumption and utility-scale projects. RESPONSABILITIES: - Maintain and service string inverters and associated capital equipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. - Perform remote on site customer services, including installing, commissioning, troubleshooting and repairing of inverter equipment and related products. - Provide technical support to customers on site and via telephone and email and solve the issues and requirements. - Provide support to the commercial team in the preparation of technical offers and to the manufactures to ensure the correct delivery of the products. - Provide adequate documentation and reports upon completion of each assigned job. - Perform depot based repair, testing and re-certificating of string inverters. - Calibrate and coordinate equipment according to precise specifications. - Perform field engineering projects and onsite audits to maintain safety standards and improved reliability. - Carry out on site root cause analysis on equipment failures with the factory - Execute field and office performance and failure testing, include analysis and repair plan. - Make recommendations, based on audits and analysis, to technical personnel for repair and maintenance of equipment. REALTIONS: - External relations with clients and suppliers to coordinate and ensure the correct operation of investors and mitigation of incidents. - External relations with customers to offer training on the correct operation of the products. - Internal relations with the sales team to provide correct technical training of the product and support in the realization of commercial technical proposals. - Internal relations with international manufactures to coordinate the taking of product requirements and participate in training tasks. - Internal relations with the rest of the technical teams and global support service team to provide support in the rest of the functions that may be required, related to national and international clients. REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or equivalent military certification/training or Technical Associates. - 1-2 years fo experience in a technical support or engineering position related with inverters. - 1-2 Years minimum Technical Service or Field Engineering background with on site experience. - AC/DC Power Conversion and Control experience. - Knowledge of Mechanical principles, electronics and AC/DC power distribution. - Communication system knowledge. - Good communication skills, use of standard work related PC programs. - Ability to write, read and communicate in English (Intermediate English level)
