FUNKTIONEN

Reporting to the COO, you will be part of a fast-growing global operations team. You will be involved in broad range of strategic improvement projects and, in particular, you will be leading the design and implementation of warehouse automation solutions. Your main duties include: · Evaluate and identify opportunities to simplify and automate current working procedures · Own and develop automation technology innovations and solutions · Lead overall end-to-end project delivery including resources, CAPEX, schedule and vendor management · Work closely with numerous teams across the organization (Technology, Product, Operations, etc.) from project start to end · Lead day to day operation and management of automated processes including: · Identifying safety gaps and implementing corrections · Defining maintenance plans · Creating SOPs · Defining training plans · Deploy and standardize automation process globally across all our warehouses What we look for: · Proven leadership experience in development and implementation of large scale, complex projects · Expertise in automation solutions applied to logistics (e.g., robotics sorting) · Ability to identify potential improvements in daily operations · Ability to deal with suppliers · Ability to work under pressure and reach targets · Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence key stakeholders · Capacity to work in a flexible and fast-changing environment · High English level in both oral and written skills. A plus is speaking other EU languages.
