FUNCTIONS

In charge of the production department’security Coordination and Analysis of the Production Committee Initation and verification of the corrective measures Planification, coordination, monitoring and follow-up of the external certification audits Internal audits (Processes and Products) Preparation of the training programmes and training of employees Use of the following quality methods, like FMEA, SPC, 8D, 5Why Cooperation with solving problems and 8D Teams Follow-up of the most important references and indications and compilation of reports and presentations Decision about the status of the product (control of flawed parts) Monitoring and approving while launching a sample

REQUIREMENTS

Universitary studies More than 5 years of experience in Quality Management and in conducting Audits (internal and expernals) Experience managing teams and for the implementation of Quality Procedures Very good knowledge of TS16949, ISO9001 and VDA 6.3 German, native language Very good English skills Microsoft Word, Excel Good interpersonal skills Good communication skills Leadership and ability for the implementation of Quality Procedures with high standards Organizational and rigour skills.
