Group HR Controlling
Working closely with Equatorial Coca Cola Bottling Company for their Holding in Barcelona, we are looking for a Group HR Controlling.
The Group HR Controlling mission is, as HR partner, to standardize the financial analysis regarding Human Resources (HR) area, lead business planning and financial analytics for the Area to improve accuracy and effectiveness of Company policies and programs, to ensure the consistency of KPI and HR Key dimensions and its results, highlighting challenges, as well as control and coordinate from financial and HR perspective the transformation/business projects.
He/She will be responsible for collecting, compiling, structuring, and analyzing data to develop insights and conclusions that help streamline HR processes throughout an organization, and decision making.
In this sense, he/she will be responsible for ensuring that all directors & relevant managers are informed on the status of queries, issues, and concerns by collecting relevant information as necessary, overseeing headcount management across ECCBC, including management and reconciliation of headcount costs, leads all month end reconciliation activities as well as quarterly forecast and HR annual budgeting from end-to-end , gather statistics on compensation for specific job openings, analyze results from employee satisfaction surveys, evaluate training results and progress in recruitment, deployment, and retention.
Additionally, the Group HR Controlling will develop a data base of HR information from existing data, new data generated from the HRIS, and special studies, and at the end will be responsible to ensure the timely accuracy of the data reporting in a standard manner He/she will work closely with HR Team Managers, and Information Systems Team to collect, monitor, and analyze HR data at complete levels.
BU’s – Countries: He/She will identify drivers for improvement through the HR information and quality assurance of the figures reported by the Business Unit.
