FUNCTIONS

We're searching for a Contracted Sales Manager who will be responsible for leading the development of a full partnership with wholesalers, hospitals & pharmacies on behalf of Abdi Farma GmbH. Job Description: • Identifies key institutional customers/stakeholders and builds stakeholder mapping and engagement strategy • Develops strong relations and new collaboration opportunities with institutions, hospitals and wholesalers and creates new business opportunities • Develop sales and marketing strategies, to reinforce Abdi Farma’s products and to identify new business opportunities, and new markets to expand the company’s sales and revenue • Responsible for managing all aspects of the preparation, submission, follow-up, fulfilment of obligations and maintenance of all types of commercial contracts, including offers and public tenders. • A deep know how of the contractual agreements in details made with the hospitals and buying groups and is able to translate and align business impact with relevant departments • Establishes processes and procedures to ensure timely and accurate preparation of all types of commercial contracts, analyses pricing/profitability of contracts in close collaboration with the related parties. • Responsible for optimal communication and process coordination between commerce and the internal stakeholders • Ensures new sales opportunities merging the needs of the stakeholders and the company’s current strategic plan by proper business planning and realistic goal setting • Consistently demonstrates the ability to execute sales plans and exceed financial goals due to experience in all areas of commercial contract writing and relationship management. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Backed by +10 years of experience in commercial stakeholder management experience in pharma industry • Advanced in German & English languages • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Highly effective negotiation skills have resulted in multiple long-term contracts and increased profitability while creating win-win scenarios for both parties • A curious, dedicated, goal oriented and strategic thinker who's excited by the opportunity to build unique commercial partnerships for Abdi Farma
