SERVICES TO COMPANIES
FUNCTIONS
To develop and manage the relationship with your clients and to make them ready for a long lasting relationship with Catenon, developing and implementing the commercial and operational model of the Group.
To manage and control the quality of the search processes for your clients, assuring client satisfaction and targets fulfillment, through analyzing and defining the search strategy, advising about the profiles to be recruited, managing the international consultants assigned to the search, monitoring the final hiring process, etc.
Through all these activities you are in close contact with your clients (daily, weekly reporting) and you develop an in depth knowledge and understanding about their business cases.
To collaborate in local performance of the group international mandates/projects
To collaborate with other corporative areas (Knowledge Management; New Technologies; Marketing; Business Development.).
REQUIREMENTS
University Degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics or similar. MBA would be an asset.
5 to 7 years of experience of which last 3 years in recruitments
Professional experience in the service industry (HR Services)and in different environment/sector highly valued.
Excellent level of English. Other languages (Mandarin, Japanese etc) highly valued.
New Technologies follower: twitter, linkedin, blogs, google+, etc. Passion for innovation.
Effective people management skills.
