FUNCTIONS

MISSION: Provide for the preparation and analysis of all the monthly reports of the reporting package, the forecast and the annual preparation of the Budget. Preparation and analysis of the industrial performance KPIs of the plant. It directly depends on the Plant Manager to which he/she reports all the information and results obtained in carrying out its duties; it also depends functionally on the Head Quarter Control Manager. FUNCTIONS: Drafting of the reporting package (monthly) Preparation of analytical accounting for the purposes of analyzing the reporting package Annual budget drafting Monthly update of the Forecast Update and analysis of the main company performance KPIs Cost and margin monitoring of individual parts Updating of transversal plans to improve company performance Verification of compliance of company processes with Group policies (stock check, stock write-down) Support to administration in the relationship with the auditors Daily or periodic collaboration with individual internal entities and HeadQuarter contacts. Relationship with external auditing. Understanding of the complexity of the industrial production process in order to carry out the single activities above with a critical sense. REQUIREMENTS: Degree in Economics / Finance. Good knowledge of the English language Knowledge of national and international accounting principles Propensity to work in teams and for deadlines Previous experience in industrial realities
