FONCTIONS

The Services Business Unit for the area of Europe (Spain, Portugal, France, Greece and Italy), Middle East (Jordan) and Africa currently maintains a fleet of around 12,000MW with more than 60% in the Iberian region, providing certain after-sales services in the wind O&M industry mainly for its own customers, but also for third parties. It is currently seeking to incorporate an Sales Engineer into the sales team to be responsible for the full cycle of the commercial function and collaborate with the technical-commercial team in the analysis of performance and improvements of current benefits to customers of the new segment of O&M solutions portfolio linked to the updating and improvement of components and technological platforms to increase the profitability and useful life of the products. Responsabilities • Together with the Aftermarket Sales Manager, define, implement and continuously improve the pricing strategy from intelligence analysis. • Identify new development opportunities for the services division in the wind sector, both in the company's own projects and existing clients, as well as in potential clients without a prior relationship. - • Pricing intelligence for Spare parts including sales templates and T&C • Forecast sales by country, account, platform, material category. • Coordinate quotations from KAMs and Sales Support team • Ownership of SAP4HANNA integration within spare parts & refurbishing sales. • RSPL quotes management • Become advance level user of Company spare parts technical description tools acquiring the same level of expertise • Maintain spare parts sales metrics/measurements (KPIs) to ensure the appropriate commercial approach and sales strategy. • Coordinate with other departments involved in spare parts business within Company attending the necessary committees or meetings • Ensure the sales support team receives training and acquires the necessary technical knowledge about spare parts for lean sales • Working with other departments ensure contractual spare part lists are up to date with active info record and supplier qualification • Consolidate all Mods&Ups figures • Preparation of region´s marketing reports and collaborate with Corporate Sales and regions in the creation of global marketing reports (provide a sales tool for all sales roles: categorizing and ranking best products/services by CM/customer/market status, etc) • Direct lead of IPSs and dealers sales. Requirements • Bachelor degree in Engineering, Sciences or Business Administration with a strong background in analytics • At least 5 years in wind sector in a service sales position. • Sales skills in order to approach technical solutions to customer needs • Experience in management of functional (not hierarchical) teams. • Willingness to continuously learn and a can-do attitude as well as ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously • High sense of ownership to focus your efforts to reach the goals • Good communication skills; communicate in a clear and simple manner to ensure operational effectiveness, resolve issues, provide status and achieve objectives. • Fluent written and verbal communication in Spanish and English. (French desirable) • Highly developed analytical skills (includes expert level in excel, SAP and other related tools) as well as an outstanding background in statistics • Comfortable working and adapting to changing and challenging business needs • Ability to work with local and intercultural environment
