•Responsible for the relationship management with pharmaceutical customers in EU •Support Head of Sales & Marketing for the full relationship management with clients •To collaborate with colleagues of the team in order to increase turnover, enhance business performance, improve customer interface and maintain effective supply chain for the company •Capture new products and develop relationships in order to expand business •Support and follow to an annual sales & profit plan and budget for the company with a good insight in the cost of goods calculation and production capacity •Monitor the market situation including the actions of competitors to identify trends, new potentials and opportunities and develop or modify sales strategies as required •Prepare and submit quotations for RFP (Request for Proposal) and actively follow up through process of negotiation to maximize sales & profit •Establish and negotiate agreements (e.g. Confidential Agreement, Letter of Intent and Supply Agreement) with responsible customers or technology licensors. •Travel to visit customers with or without members from the company •Prepare detailed reports on all customer visits and circulate them as required •Participate in sales supporting activities together with colleagues of the sales team (e.g. development of website content, mailings, presentation materials, etc) •Lead Organize & mtg arrangement for Trade show in Europe (e.g CPhI World Wide)


•Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related subject •Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering / Organic Chemistry or related subjects (e.g. inorganic and biochemical) •Fluent in English. Spanish •Basic Knowledge of chemistry •Have at least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or contract manufacturing business focused on the manufacture of clinical and commercial pharmaceutical products •Knowledge of new technologies is preferable (e.g continuous flow reaction, oligonucleotide) •Excellent communication in written and spoken English •Travel maximum 50% •Strong will and mental toughness to accomplish the job •Good communication and interpersonal skills with various levels of stakeholder’s colleagues from other countries with different cultural backgrounds •Ability to make good judgment and decision-making skills •Ability to negotiation commercial conditions and complete important contracts. •Proven advanced competence in MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel and Power Point) •Building and maintaining strong customer relationships. •Good networking skills
