Job Description:

Key Responsibilities: o Meet the objectives of Ingenostrum in relation to clients and the different administrations involved in each specific case. o Control and organization of the documentation of each data center project. o Support management in the development of this business area. o Lead the team assigned to the project, defining guidelines, assigning tasks and supervising internal and external resources. o Provide resource performance information and define project plan documents in coordination with the Project Controls department. o Monitor and control the progress and financial aspects of the project, including billing, costs, expenses and cash flow. o Identify and manage project risks and ensure opportunity tracking. o Capture, analyze and share lessons learned during the project. o Ensure formal project closeout as contractually agreed and promote formal acceptance by the client. o Live the core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for their own actions and taking care of their colleagues and the company. Requirements: Experience: o Desirable experience of at least 5 years in Data Center project management and at least 10 years of experience in construction project management as Site Manager or Project Manager. Skills: o Leadership and coordination of multidisciplinary teams. o Technical and management knowledge and ability to implement it to obtain the required results. o Project planning. o Cost management and control o Elaboration and follow-up of schedules. o Client relationship management. o Effective reporting. o Fluent English (both written and spoken). Education: o Industrial engineer (electrical, mechanical, etc.), electrical engineer, telecommunications engineer, public works engineer, or any other engineer with relevant Data Center experience. Additional Competencies: o Highly motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. o Ability to adapt and innovate in a constantly evolving industry. o Contribute significantly to the successful execution and delivery of data center projects at Ingenostrum. o Participate in the day-to-day running of projects and represent Ingenostrum to key stakeholders in the data center industry.
