We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Office Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient day-to-day functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, discretion, and a service-oriented approach.
Main Responsibilities:
Front Office:
• Managing the switchboard.
• Welcoming guests.
• Handling regular mail.
Office Support:
• Managing office supplies.
• Handling shipments via MBE.
• Support for corporate telephony
• Managing badge requests.
• Planning maintenance and cleaning interventions.
• Creating purchase orders (POs) and goods receipts (MIGO).
• Managing common areas.
• Handling meal vouchers.
• Managing the Lodi canteen.
• Entering employee attendance/absence records.
HR Support:
• Communicating employee absences to payroll.
• Support the Office Manager in managing contacts with HR suppliers for documentation
related to supplier activation and administrative documents.
Health & Safety:
• Support the Office Manager in coordinating safety measures with the Health and Safety officer.
• Supporting medical check-ups in coordination with the company doctor.
• Monitoring deadlines for mandatory safety courses.

- Result-oriented, problem-solving skill and team working.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluency in English & Italian (Advanced)
