Job Description:

Key functions:

- Develop new partnership agreements to expand the network and enhance brand visibility at both national and international levels

- Strengthen relationships with existing partners, institutions, and members

- Foster collaboration among Members to implement joint strategic initiatives with partners

- Support the organization of B2B events to promote the brand and annual Member meetings, as well as B2C events in collaboration with sponsors — coordinating the entire project under the Director’s supervision (budget, logistics, supplier management, redemption process, etc.)

- Manage the annual Action Plan, monitoring progress against objectives and proposing corrective actions when needed

- Represent the Delegation at national and international events to promote brand awareness and networking opportunities

- Coordinate the production of editorial content related to Members and collaborate with HQ on various publications (e.g., Travel Guide, etc.)

- Carry out cross-functional and additional activities as required

Requirements:

- University Degree / Master’s Degree

- At least 5 years of experience in commercial and/or marketing roles within the luxury sector (hospitality, fashion, or similar)

- International experience is an asset

- Fluent English; knowledge of French is a plus

- Proficiency in major IT tools, particularly SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel

- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills (especially in managing partnerships and commercial agreements)

- Excellent project management abilities and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with a strong sense of responsibility and respect for timelines and guidelines

- Flexibility and willingness to travel both within Italy and abroad
