Our client, a leading European Specialty Pharmaceutical Group, growing and expanding its business internationally, that develops, produces, and markets differentiated and generic medicinal products, consumer healthcare products, and also active substances, is seeking a Corporate Marketing Manager. The Corporate Marketing Manager Neurology will mainly collaborate with the corporate marketing and medical team, country marketing teams, and in line with requirements also agencies, on the strategies and implementation of the marketing and communication plans for corporate products. Furthermore, he/she will play an active role in the launches of new corporate products, and the exploration and exploitation of new sales potential for established corporate products. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, his/her main function will be: Role and Responsibilities: Exploration and exploitation of sales potential for defined prescription (Rx) products in close collaboration with relevant senior leaders (optimization of access in existing markets, establishment of new markets, broadening of indications) Preparation of marketing goals, strategies, concepts, forecasts and key promotional material in collaboration with Corporate Digital Marketing (as part of the corporate marketing team), Corporate Medical and the country marketing teams - taking into account the relevant target groups and the major touchpoints of customer journey(s) Close collaboration with country marketing teams (guidance, coordination, support, exchange, troubleshooting, monitoring, training) for launch and commercialization Active facilitation of best practice, including co-maintenance and use of exchange platform for marketing and medical documents Internal as well as external networking (KOLs, customers, partners) Preparation of participations in corporate congresses and other medical events, F2F and digital Management of service providers (agencies, vendors and freelancers) Monitoring of market and relevant competitors Budgeting and monitoring of marketing expenses Support of Chief Marketing Officer, e.g. preparation of presentations, market, price and other analyses, forecasts for business development opportunities, etc. We ask for: · Bachelor’s degree in science and Master’s in marketing · +5 years of hands-on and strategic experience in an International Corporate Marketing Role (Rx pharmaceuticals in Europe on top of extensive local marketing experience), with experience in Epilepsy or Multiple Sclerosis preferred. · Solid understanding of classical and digital interaction with different customers · Strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Business acumen and good sense of priorities, structured, results-oriented and efficient. Superb problem-solving and organization skills. Convincing, service-minded, self-motivated and persuasive personality with ethical values. Positive thinking. · Excellent ability to communicate on different levels. · Strong ability to proactively deal with multiple projects and foresee our needs in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment · Readiness to travel (about 20%) · Experienced with MS Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint) · Solid English skills, further language skills are a plus
