We are currently working with one of our key clients, a leading company in the professional and decorative lighting sector, backed by the Miura fund. The company is experiencing a period of strong growth and international expansion, with a clear focus on digitalization, product innovation, and excellence in customer service. The company is much more than a lighting distributor. Founded in 2008, in just a few years it has established itself as a benchmark in Spain and Europe, with a catalog of over 25,000 products and an international presence in more than 10 countries. With a 100% digital business model, it has transformed a traditional sector thanks to a unique value proposition: competitive pricing, continuous innovation, and first-class service. Its ambition is clear: to become the leading provider of lighting solutions in Europe. We are currently looking for an Area Manager for a fully remote position. This role will be key in managing operations across different markets, driving the commercial strategy, ensuring excellence in customer experience, and supporting the company’s international growth. What are we looking for? A professional with 5 to 8 years of experience in similar commercial management roles within retail, e-commerce, or distribution environments. Someone with strong results orientation, strategic vision, and the ability to lead expansion projects. We seek a profile with analytical skills, commercial sensitivity, and the capacity to identify improvement opportunities that contribute to the company’s sustainable growth. What do we offer?
