In this role, you will establish strategies and develop marketing programs to maximize market opportunities. You will lead cross functionally with other departments to develop added-value programs and you will generate strong relationships with main customers.
Main responsibilities:
· Build a deep understanding of customer experience, identify, and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
· Set the long-term vision and strategy for your specialty/area/department products and communicate it effectively.
· Translate product strategy to Create/Manage/Delivery of Product Roadmaps: manage from concept, to design, sample production, testing, forecast, cost, mass production, promotion, support, and finally product end of life.
· To be the central hub within your company for critical information about your products, market, competitors, customers, prospects, key industry analysts, and many other constituencies.
· Gather and analyze data and business intelligence from all these sources (as well as your internal sources like sales and customer service) — and use this data to inform the evolution of your product roadmaps.
· Interact with all stakeholders and departments to align actions, set engagement, and adjust course to ensure your products’ success and roadmap.
· Responsible for developing product pricing and positioning strategy.
· Responsible for managing and implementing marketing activities through research, strategic planning, and implementation.
· Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
· Lead cross functionally with other departments to develop added-value programs.
· You will generate strong relationships with main customers and clinical societies.
· You will work according to compliance and regulatory standards.
Requirements
· Degree education in Life Sciences.
· Minimum 5 years of experience as PM in Oncology and/or Pathological Anatomy
· Strong technical and scientific knowledge in the specialty area of oncology and Pathological Anatomy
· Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager
· Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
· Ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job.
· Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization.
· English language fluency
