Generate and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities with new local and regional customers across multiple segments (cruise lines, country clubs, juice bars, diners, 5 star hotels, bakeries, Latin restaurants, universities, corporate offices, senior living/hospitals, brunch cafés). Ensure a continuous stream of sales and maximize customer lifetime value in the U.S. market.
• Drive new business development by identifying and targeting prospective accounts; build and grow relationships in priority channels.
• Engage with the right decision makers (Directors of Operations, Business Owners, Technical Directors, Purchasing Directors) to understand needs, present solutions and win new accounts.
• Craft compelling proposals for the installation of our equipment, offering holistic solutions tailored to each prospect’s operational and financial goals.
• Coordinate pilot programs and ensure they transition successfully into full roll outs.
• Oversee onboarding and post sale support, ensuring that commitments are met and customer satisfaction remains high.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, activities and pipeline status in the CRM; forecast and report on sales performance and market feedback.
• Operate with a start up / scale up mindset, using a high sense of urgency and adaptability to thrive in a fast growing environment.
What we’re looking for
• Proven track record in sales (3+ years) in food equipment sales for retail or hospitality (specially to the segments above). Also accepting candidates from FMCG, grocery retail or hospitality.
• Strong ability to create new accounts and deliver against aggressive sales targets, working independently in a demanding environment.
• Excellent business acumen and organizational skills, capable of framing holistic offers that address customer pain points and strategic goals.
• Outstanding communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with CRM systems, strong analytical capabilities and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Self motivated, proactive and comfortable with frequent travel and occasional weekend events.
• Passion for working in high growth, entrepreneurial settings and for turning challenges into opportunities.
