FUNCTIONS

Your mission You lead, coordinate, control and ensure the correct execution of projects for current and/or future hotels in the group (new opening, rehabilitation, construction or adaptation) according to the established regulations and the company's quality standards. You will be the person responsible for the quality, technical competence and the profitability of the work of both national and international projects. You will also be responsible for all phases of the projects from the initial design to the end of the construction, including coordination with designers, architects or customers, budget forecast, legal and permit management, as well as control of everyone's planning. Your challenge Directly reporting to General Management: ❖ You manage efficiently your team members: Coordinate their activities, motivate, and empower them. You ensure that they reach their objectives and they apply the regulations established in terms of Quality, Prevention and Environment. ❖ You define, lead and implement the company's strategy within your area. ❖ You report the economic and productive information of your area of responsibility ❖ You cooperate with other areas of the company involved in the projects ❖ You support the search for new businesses ❖ You act as a company representative ❖ You negotiate with customers Your profile ❖ You have a Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Building ❖ You have Project Management or MBA (desirable) ❖ You have more than 7 years of experience in Technical Management in companies of the hotel sector or hotel consulting. ❖ You have experience in people management ❖ You have availability to travel nationally and internationally ❖ You live or willing to relocate to Madrid ❖ You speak and communicate professionally in Spanish and English (C1) ❖ You handle computer tools: Autocad (or similar) and Office automation. ❖ Your personal skills: ability to negotiate, adaptability, resilience, flexibility, team management, business acumen, analytical skills.
