FUNCTIONS

Reporting to the CMO, the Digital Marketing Manager will administer the online presence, marketing automation platform, email campaigns, CRM campaigns, and creative design, for an objective, to have got new clients. This role is based in Madrid. Main Responsibilities Planning and control of the digital performance marketing budget and spend by allocating budgets to different locations; Budget allocation across performance channels; Taking the lead on new business opportunities and identifying opportunities for growth with clients; Manage and optimize marketing automation platform and CRM campaigns (HubSpot) Work with campaign teams to plan successful campaigns focusing on audience, product and placements to drive volume and efficiency thresholds; Using A/B testing to optimise digital marketing performance; Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs in line with brand plans and business priorities; Reviewing and optimising the design and content of all online assets including the company plattform/apps and online reputation management. Working with other stakeholders to optimise the conversion funnel for specific traffic sources, campaigns, user segments etc; Driving performance marketing via Customer Acquisition Funnel, Display Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Media Buying, PPC and SEO/SEM; Work with local teams to develop local based strategies and optimisations; Working with content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customer’s digital journey; Manage user funnel optimisation and develop always-on strategies to maximise funnel conversion rate; Work with Product Technology and Engineering team to ensure event tracking and product feed requirements are met; Analyse weekly and monthly reports from multiple ad channels, Google Analytics, Firebase, etc to drive insights and opportunities; Requirements: Experience working across web and app platforms; Marketing/Statistics/Business Management related bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or Master degree is a strong plus; Demonstrable commercial experience conducting post campaign analysis; Must have at least 5 years’ experience in a paid media or similar role Has an agile, strategic and self starter mindset to approach challenges in a creative and resourceful way; Has a strong understanding of attribution models, channel incrementality, customer segmentation and A/B testing; Technical skills to manage product feed; Analytical mindset and creative thinker to strategize and execute on A/B tests within campaigns.
