The Services Business Unit for the area of ​​Europe (Spain, Portugal, France, Greece and Italy), Middle East (Jordan) and Africa currently maintains a fleet of around 12,000MW with more than 60% in the Iberian region, providing certain after-sales services in the wind O&M industry mainly for its own customers, but also for third parties. It is currently seeking to incorporate an Sales Engineer into the sales team to be responsible for the full cycle of the commercial function and collaborate with the technical-commercial team in the analysis of performance and improvements of current benefits to customers of the new segment of O&M solutions portfolio linked to the updating and improvement of components and technological platforms to increase the profitability and useful life of the products. RESPONSABILITIES: - Identify new development opportunities for the services division in the wind sector, both in the company's own projects and existing clients, as well as in potential clients without a prior relationship. - Create and maintain sustainable and long-term relationships based on trust and the excellence of the service provided with the company's clients and potential external clients. - In-depth analysis of the client's situation and maintain direct contact to detect potential areas for improvement and business development opportunities, negotiating and defending value proposals. - Collaborate with the technical-commercial team in the analysis and definition of the pricing policies of each of the new solutions in the services business line. - Collaborate with the technical team in the analysis and definition of new metrics and proposals to determine areas for improvement of products and technologies offered to customers. - Collaborate in the technical training of salespeople on new value propositions in the service business area, based on the improvements and updating of products and technologies used by clients. - Collaboration with the rest of the corporate teams involved in the commercial process to guarantee an excellent quality service to clients and serve as a point of contact between clients and the rest of the corporate teams in the technical and operations area. REQUIREMENTS: - University Studies in Engineering - Technical Studies. - At least 5 years in wind sector in a sales position. - Experience in technical sales department or other technical area linked with improvements analysis functions. - Fluent in English and Spanish. Fluent in French and other languages will ve very valued. - Sales skills in order to approach technical solutions to customer needs - Communication skills and ability to work under a multi-cultural business environment, structured mindset
