- Identifying and sourcing top executive talent globally
- Conducting in-depth market research and analysis

- Enhancing your negotiation and communication skills
- Gaining hands-on experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle

Our ideal candidate :

- Pursuing or having completed a University Degree/Postgraduate Degree. Related careers score double!
- Initial experience in search and selection of executive professionals at international scale, in retail or tourism & leisure sectors would be a plus.
- Languages: English & Spanish fluent/bilingüal. A third language would be highly appreciated.
- A dynamic personality, passion for the world, affinity with technology and a strong desire to be on the cutting edge of the recruitment world.
- Eager to work in a fast paced environment
- Possibility of signing an internship agreement with a business school/university.
