Descripción del puesto:

The position is mission-critical, leading all operations in Spain and directly reporting to the Senior VP Global Operations.

Responsabilidades Principales:

- Oversee all operations in Spain, ensuring alignment with global operational strategy and standards.
- Directly manage technology, equipment, and capital expenditure decisions, including the selection of tools and process technology.
- Collaborate with the EVP Operations–Global and executive leadership on operational strategy, priorities, and performance metrics.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a hands-on, high-performing technical operations team.
- Establish a culture of innovation, operational excellence, and technical rigor, particularly in semiconductor processes and atomic-level technology.
- Make strategic decisions on operational build-out and process optimization, while managing complex capital investment projects.

Requisitos:

Position requirements:
- 15 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, including leadership of semiconductor fabrication plants.
- Proven track record in building and managing semiconductor operations.
- Strong leadership and tech-driven mindset; able to make significant capex decisions.
