FUNCTIONS

Mission: As the International HR Business Partner you will ensure the principles, guidelines and application of corporate HR standards, structures and processes. At the same time, develop and implement effective and efficient local HR processes and contribute to our strategic objectives in the field of people in the Formula for Success. Effectively manage resources for successful business development. You will support the local business as well as support the Global Group functions. Responsibilities: - Conduct local HR organisation, ensure HR operational capabilities. - Talent and succession management - Attracting, hiring and retaining - Performance management, workforce competitiveness - Managing the relationships with Union and employee representatives - Drive a workforce strategy for your own responsibility, advise local leaders in execution of change action plans, including on health & safety, social legislation, career management, recruitment, training, remuneration. - Ensure that human resources administration is in compliance with local legislation, and that human resources basics are met at all times with a high level of process excellence. - Foster a vital and productive environment and build a motivated team throughout the area of responsibility. - Ensure the implementation of corporate standards, structures and processes throughout the employee life cycle. - Implement global/regional HR strategy in excellent HR structures and processes. - Timely and comprehensive global HR reporting - Ability to translate Group and Market strategy into local activities and cascade group and Market requirements to local needs Requirements: - 7-10 years experience in HR position, working in an international environment. Experience in Management - Master (or bachelor with continuous further education) in human resources/business administration
