FONCTIONS
The Global PR & Communication Specialist supports the definition and execution of global PR and communication strategies across all brands within the company's portfolio. Reporting to the Global PR & Communication Coordinator, this role contributes to building consistent, impactful, and
innovative brand communication worldwide, enhancing brand awareness, reinforcing brand pillars, and supporting the success of new product launches.
Global Communication & traditional PR
Contribute to the implementation of Global PR & Communication initiatives in line with the annual plan.
Prepare global press kits and other communication materials, ensuring alignment with brand image and communication objectives.
Support local markets in executing traditional PR activities (both offline and online) across all brands.
Oversee the monitoring of PR coverage, including global press reviews (print and digital).
Develop analytical reports to evaluate the performance and effectiveness of global PR initiatives.
Manage back-office operations for the PR & Communication Office, including product shipments, logistics, and perfume sample organization.
Global Digital PR & Advocacy
Assist in the execution of worldwide Advocacy initiatives, focusing on celebrity ambassadorships, influencer campaigns, and talent collaborations.
Prepare project briefs, guidelines, and toolkits for global digital activities.
Support the scouting and identification of international talents for collaborations.
Coordinate with external agencies to ensure alignment, consistency, and quality of execution.
Oversee digital talents’ participation in content production sessions and brand events.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify best practices and successful collaborations within the beauty industry.
Prepare detailed performance reports and analytical reviews on all Advocacy activities.
Research & Analysis
Conduct research and prepare reports on emerging trends in the beauty, lifestyle, and luxury industries.
Develop case studies and benchmarking analyses to highlight innovative communication practices
Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to support the evolution of global PR and communication strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, Media Relations, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in PR & Communication, ideally within a relevant company, press agency, or influencer marketing agency.
Solid understanding of the social media landscape, including key platforms, digital trends, and the advocacy ecosystem.
Strong interest and passion for the beauty industry, with particular attention to fragrances.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging across different audiences.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and a strong ability to create impactful and visually engaging presentations.
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot...) to support research and workflow optimization.
Excellent English skills, both spoken and written.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, international environment.
A team-oriented mindset, combined with creativity, proactivity, and a results-driven attitude.
