Oost & West Vlaanderen (Belgium)
We are looking for an Area Account Manager to manage and grow the presence of our client in Oost- and West-Vlaanderen (BELGIUM), supporting existing customers while exploring new project opportunities.
Manage a customer portfolio of lighting specialists and electrical wholesalers.
Conduct regular client visits and develop account plans.
Participate and organize local customer and network events
Support projects with technical advice and basic lighting consultancy.
Follow projects from specification to order confirmation.
Build relationships with architects and designers to convert projects into confirmed orders.
Coordinate with HQ on quotations, deliveries, and customer inquiries.
You will report to the BeLux Country Manager and work in a small local team of 3 people in Belgium, supported by a backoffice team in Spain.
Experience in the Belgian lighting market and distribution channels.
Skilled in project follow-up and technical-commercial sales.
Able to prepare basic lighting plans (Dialux or similar is a plus) or willing to learn.
Feeling for interior and design.
Basic knowledge of lighting and electricity principals.
Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
Autonomous, structured, and consultative in your approach.
Able to work from a home office and manage your own agenda.
