FUNCTIONS

Responsible for customer and distributor service: introduction and tracking of orders, information on delivery times, rates, commercial conditions and resolution of incidents, all this while ensuring customer satisfaction. Attend customers by phone, in terms of orders and offers. Enter and manage orders in the SAP system and transmit the information to the logistics center. Support the commercial network. Monitoring compliance with dates and delivery requirements, through dialogue with other departments such as production, planning and logistics. Prepare proposals and be in contact with the Area Manager and logistics center. Billing. Maintenance of customer master data: prices, commercial conditions, conditions of transport, etc. Management and sending of commercial samples. Coordination of material loads in collaboration with logistics departments and production. REQUIREMENTS Experienced in Customer Service between 3-4 years. Experienced in administrative tasks. Very good communication and interpersonal skills: friendly and eager to learn. Certificate of Higher Education (HNC) SAP (is a plus). Advanced English and Polish. Customer orientation Planification, organization, initiative and time management. You will have training of 2 weeks approximately in Barcelona.
