  • VIDEO INTERVIEWS
    The consultant asks candidates about their academic and professional background and uses a checklist to measure candidates’ skills.
  • ARTICLE READING
    Candidates read an article about a topic relevant to the company and then respond in writing to questions. The consultant uses a checklist to assess their skills and whether or not candidates fulfill requirements.
  • ROLEPLAY
    A business situation, that could potentially occur, is role-played, with the consultant taking on one role and the candidate taking on another. The consultant will assess whether the candidate performs in line with the requirements set by the company.
  • GAMIFICATION
    Through different and fun tests, adapted to the needs of the client, we evaluate the skills of the candidate.

  • OBJECTIVE RESULTS
    The consultant completes a checklist during assessments in the assessment center. Then an algorithm assigns points based on a mathematical formula. As such, the process becomes objective and all possible biases are eliminated.
  • RANKING TOP CANDIDATES
    The system automatically creates a ranking by ordering the candidates assessed from those with the most points to those with the fewest points. Candidates are categorized based on each open position or location.
