What is our purpose?

Our sole purpose when we collect your personal data and information associated with your contact with us is to process the query or questions raised with the greatest speed and quality.

On what legal basis do we base the processing?

In order to process your personal data we need to base it on the consent you give us under Article 6. 1 a) GDPR and in our legitimate interest to proceed to respond to it under Article 6. 1 (f) GDPR.

What do we need?

The minimum and obligatory fields in order to give you an answer: name, e-mail and information associated with your query.

How long do we keep your data?

After the study of the communication, it will be processed until its complete resolution and kept for 12 months, unless the object of the same could give rise to the need to initiate internal investigation, in which case it will be kept for five years.

You may, at any time, exercise the rights recognised to you and which we make available to you in our privacy policy

Who will be able to process your personal data?

In order to answer your query, it may be necessary to communicate it to the different departments or entities or collaborators that make up the CATENON group and even to our service providers, being able to be transferred internationally under the guarantees required by the GDPR.
