FUNCTIONS

Mission: In close cooperation and with the support of the international headquarter, the Sales Engineer will extend the current existing business in the Czech Republic. The position offers the opportunity to build up a Team and lead the branch in future. Responsibilities: - Development and implementation of sales plans regarding products and solutions for the whole Czech Republic, mainly orientated to the world of feedback systems (linear and rotary encoders) and CNC systems - Acquisition of new clients operating in all sectors where the use of feedback systems produced by the company is foreseen - Request, track and manage customer requirements, customer needs and comments regarding product functionality to develop product improvement as well as new products that increase the company's competitive advantage and market share - Act as the customer's main point of contact to handle potential issues or assist with questions such as material delivery information, quotations/spare parts delivery, service issues, product issues, etc. - Manage all activities within the Integrator/OEM to meet or exceed the annual objectives set in units, revenues and gross profits - Manage the company’s assets through accurate monthly forecasts, orders in progress and support in collecting late payments - As needed, promote products by participating in regional and national fairs and/or by organising, planning and preparing product presentations for customers with technical and/or marketing support Requirements: - Ideally you hold a degree in Engineering, preferably in electronics, mechatronics or similar - Around 5 years of professional experience in the commercial or technical service field - Previous experience in the Industrial Automatisation and/or machine tool sector would be a plus - Highly goal and result orientated with strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills - Ability in problem solving, management and coordination - Willing to travel, mainly within the assigned territory - Fluent in Czech and a high level of English Benefits: - Competitive salary with attractive bonus structure - Freedom to work completely from home - Company car that can be driven privately - Flexible working hours - Much more
