FUNCTIONS
- Direct contact for our customers in Korea, building up a close relationship with them
- Supporting them together with our external sales force in Korea as a tandem
- Active phone calls to customers
- Daily contact with our external sales representatives (email, phone)
- Entering of new leads in the system and keeping them updated
- Processing of sample orders
- Preparing quotations in the ERP system + providing them to the customer
o Checking prices
o Checking lead time
o Checking projects + investigation of detailed information
o Close cooperation with international sales colleagues
- Responsible for customer order entry in the ERP system
o price check
o delivery date check
o delivery- and invoice address check
o check quantities (standard packing + MOQs)
o commission check
o global project linking
- Final inspection and approval of the customer orders entered
- Order processing
- Speeding up and track shipments for our customers/arrange express shipments if necessary
- Close contact with the production planning team in Germany and France
- Sending invoices to the customers
- Finding solutions for special customer requests and processing of customer complaints
- 2-3 weeks of customer visits a year together with the outside sales colleagues
- Attending trade shows / exhibitions
- Understanding of complex contexts and prioritization of various tasks like office management, weekly planning, etc.
Additional tasks:
- Support in the small warehouse: to receive collective shipments from Germany/France and prepare the single shipments for our customers in Korea (one time every 14 days)
- Office management (administrative tasks)
