FUNCTIONS

Main objectives: • Define and agree on regional clients/prospects for Cooling/HVAC business • Agree on regional business plans and strategy to approach defined Cooling/HVAC accounts • Support Sales Companies in Cooling in the respective region (Segment Technical support) • Define regional service offerings and pricing structure together with Sales Companies MD and or Head of Region South Europe • Agree regional sales and margin targets in the Cooling segment with Sales Companies MD and/or Head of Region South Europe • Collaboration with sales companies and segment cooling specialists in the regions. • Ensure the product range meets clients’ needs, from a technical and approvals perspective • Identify and address gaps in the offering (Products and Services) Main tasks: • Define regional business plans per region with Head of Region South Europe and BU Heads according to the market and business analysis of the Cooling market. Develop business relationships with defined Cooling accounts. • Define service offerings based on key needs of the clients. Define and build up a solutions packages of product & services. Define specifications. • Develop relationship with all nominated Cooling accounts. Build up a key management and account working relationship. • Define sales targets, short-medium-long term in respective region per Cooling account together with Head of Region South Europe, Head BU and the respective sales companies. Define business plans for each individual account. • Coordinate and support pre-sales activities, specification work and lead generation. • Actively drive sales together with local sales managers and win orders. Define specifications. • Represents the segment on all communication channels e.g. trade shows, web sites, media releases, training center and PR events.
