The Human Resource Business Partner will support the employees and managers of on all Human Resources activities, such as the management and administration of the staffing and recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, compensation and other Human Resources functions for that group. The Human Resources Business Partner partners closely with business leaders on facilitating workforce planning, organizational design and assessment, change management/process improvement consultation, leadership coaching, succession planning, Human Resources initiatives, along with metrics and trend analysis. The Human Resources Business Partner lead the Human Resources team in Australia region and is part of a global Human Resources team. Main Duties and responsibilities: • Aid in the development of goals and objectives which support the larger business goals; • Manage the recruitment process in their scope area including hiring recommendations and reviewing job offers; • Ensure compliance with company policy and all legal/government parameters; • Take leading role in the completion of the performance assessment and goal setting process and assists with the annual talent review and strategic succession planning process; • Implement and annually update compensation program and analyze compensation and salary grades; • Establish and maintain department records and reports. Complete reports on a number of employment topics (hires, terminations, severances, turnover). Evaluate reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to goals and objectives; • Support the Learning and Development initiatives. Identify candidates and make recommendations for specific training and development programs; • Participate in career development issues including discussing career paths with employees and serving as a resource for employees to express their concerns; • Liaison for benefits while on leaves and/or other health related situations; • Coach managers on Human Resources processes and procedures and management best practices; • Support the Human Resources Leader with the implementation of Human Resources initiatives; • Act as the liaison with legal team in regard to various inmigration needs; • Lead the organizational changes from and Human Resources point of view.


Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; More than 10 years of progressive, HR Business Partner experience preferably in a large and/or matrix organization; Experience managing organizational changes; Working knowledge and understanding of various human resources policies and procedures; Foundational understanding of business management and related concepts; Knowledge of employment laws; Finantial capabilities.
