FUNCTIONS
Involved in key phases of the recruitment process, you will be responsible for:
Filtering candidates using our unique technological tools
Conducting phone interviews according to job requirements
Presenting short-listed candidates to hiring managers
Organise and prioritise processes and schedules
Monitor progress of processes according to defined metrics
Remain in close contact with project manager and client
REQUIREMENTS
Professional experience in recruitment, call centre or HR of at least 1 year.
University Degree in Business, Economics, Law, Psychology or other relevant discipline
Interest in HR and motivation to develop in the area of recruitment and/or HR Projects
Native or Bilingual English Speaker (British English preferred)
Spanish and/or any other languages a plus
Comfortable with new technologies
Dynamic and proactive
Results-focused
Collaborative
Fast learner and continuous learning attitude
