FUNCTIONS

The position of Junior Internal Auditor will be involved in initiating, preparing and participating in projects in order to define, establish and implement audit processes. Main responsabilities: • Implement audit plans in consultation with assigned management teams to identify, understand, and assess deficiencies and/or potential deficiencies in selected business processes; • Support annual risk assessment to inform the audit strategy, audit plan and audit scope for allocated organization(s)/domain(s); • Perform analytical reviews and risk assessments before the fieldwork phase in order to identify risks and support the lead auditor in the definition of the engagement scope; • Conduct audits for allocated organization(s)/domain(s) supporting the lead auditor; • Prepare reports of audit findings and recommend action steps to resolve the issues identified; • Keep updated with legislative changes, new audit regulations/trends and audit methodology in order to proactively contribute to the shaping of internal audit practices and procedures; • Participate in Internal audit closing meetings with Senior Management to debrief finding and explain the related risks and recommendations; • Follow up on the management action plans status. Conclude on the quality and on time completion of the actions; • Execute other tasks or special projects when required by management, such as reviews of system implementations, fraud investigation, ensuring adherence to established regulations, policies, procedures, and instructions, etc; • Promote highest level of ethical awareness and conduct within the company; • Participate in various committees or task forces geared to policy/procedure development and operational improvements; • Participate in ongoing skill, compliance, risk management and security training as required for the position and apply knowledge in daily tasks. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in related fields (Finance, Business Administration, Economy etc); • Previous experience in companies from Production Sites/Manufacturing or in Big4 with experience with production/manufacturing clients; • Previous experience in internal controlling and risk assessment; • Excellent level of Spanish and English (C1), German will be valued; • Knowledge of ERP programs, preferably in SAP ; • No travel restriction (traveling up to 50%).
