Demand Planner Italy

Job Description:

We are looking for a Demand Planner.

Reporting into the Demand Planning Manager, your responsibilities will include:
• Preparing and support the local S&OP process with the Sales, Marketing and Finance teams following the monthly cadence;
• Preparing and communicating final forecasts by products to supply teams;
• Be the primary point of contact for Sales & Marketing with regards to Planning and Forecasting;
• Synchronize commercial plans with demand plans;
• Proactively identifying constraints and challenges and developing solutions to mitigate impacts all the while keeping internal customers clearly informed of developments;
• Provide and analyse monthly metrics reporting on forecast changes, rejections, forecast accuracy, bias;
• Define replenishment needs for DACH and Iberian warehouses and replenishment needs for distributed brands.

What We Are Looking For:
• At least 2 years of expertise in Demand Planning possibly with perfume /cosmetics products background
• Experience using FuturMaster as a Demand Planning Tool
• Experience using SAP and/or Microsoft Dynamics Business Centre or similar ERP
• Excellent relationship building and collaboration skills
• Highly analytical mindset
• Ability to work at a fast pace and in a constantly shifting global supply chain environment
• English & Italian advanced
